Perfect ! For me, the best restaurant I have had the opportunity to visit. Discreet restaurant in this well-known and recognized village of La Borne. Few tables, so reservations are required. The welcome is cordial and warm. The interior decorated with care. The village pottery dishes take their natural place on the table. Let's get to what's on our plates. I recommend the tasting menu. This avoids the frustration of wanting the dish of the neighbor who made a different choice from yours. This also allows me to eat dishes that at first glance I would not have eaten, not liking one of the components of the recipe. For example, celery and ginger that I don't like and yet I devoured the dishes where they were present. Quite simply, because everything is well measured, it's good, no, very good! There is nothing that takes precedence over other things. All the flavors on the plate have their place. In terms of the quantity of what's on the plate, you can always have the fear of leaving hungry. Well not there.! The quality of the ingredients is top notch and all the plates were finished. The menu changes every 15 days, which allows you to return often without coming back to the same thing. Really, don't hesitate, go for it, no disappointment possible. We will definitely return.

Très belle découverte pour ce restaurant au décor rustique sobre, !! Ou la cuisine est juste, sur les assaisonnements et les saveurs. Une présentation soignée, dans de la vaisselle locale. Félicitations à ce duo pour leur accueil et leur cuisine, avec un bib bien mérité. Je conseille vivement, pour les amateurs de belle et bonne cuisine, on reviendra.
