The setting is lovely and the cuisine is excellent and refined.

A lovely restaurant with exquisite and flavorful meat dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the foie gras, duckling, and lamb prepared at 9 a.m. – a true delight! The service was very attentive despite the apparent shortage of servers, but those present managed to compensate admirably, working at a brisk pace and always with a smile!
A highly recommended restaurant.

Absolutely loved the setting and the food. Had the foie gras and the tournedos façon Rossini and both were amazing. The portions were huge! Overall a five star experience!

We received a wonderful welcome from the two servers. We opted for the air-conditioned dining room, which was tastefully decorated.
My husband had the €39 set menu (starter and main course), and I had the €49 menu. There was a good selection of dishes on the menu, including lamb shank (cooked for 12 hours) and monkfish. The server gave me excellent wine recommendations. I even took a picture of the bottle home with me because I loved it so much!
We highly recommend L'Épicurien, which delighted our palates. The servers were incredibly kind and professional. We were passing through Périgueux and were very pleased.

A wonderful discovery! Despite the sweltering temperatures outside, the restaurant welcomed us in a friendly, air-conditioned atmosphere. The daily menu featured fresh, expertly prepared dishes! Highly recommended!
