A hidden gem in the heart of Périgueux's old town. A discreet stone facade. As soon as you step inside, the original cuisine captivates you and takes you on a journey with familiar ingredients, but when they appear on your plate, they are elevated to new heights. A complete success. I highly recommend the house cocktail made with prosecco, cognac, lemon, etc... After that, the world seems a better place. Go for it!

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, which we recently discovered.
We enjoyed a meal on the covered patio. The decor is lovely.
The food and service were excellent.
We were looking for a good restaurant to end our vacation and we weren't disappointed.
The little extra that makes all the difference for me: the patio is non-smoking. As a non-smoker, I'm always forced to ask for a table inside to avoid being bothered by cigarette smoke during my meal, and therefore can rarely enjoy the outdoors. This should be mandatory in all restaurants, or at the very least, there should be two clearly separate areas for smokers and non-smokers. I really appreciated this.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

We've been coming here for 12 years and it's always a real culinary delight! The service is always impeccable and the servers are always so attentive and pleasant. A big thank you to the chef for his work and the quality of the dishes.

We love its appetizers: Perigueux style snails, and duck paste in crust. They are beautifully presented. The main course: the 9-hours lamb shank tasted good, but is too big for me, the variation of duck is good too. I have dessert and cheese plate. My dessert is strawberry and pistachio Mille-fruitless, beautifully presented and tasted wonderful.

We arrived without a reservation, the staff were very friendly, the food was incredible and it made for a fantastic experience. Would recommend this restaurant as a 'must visit' if staying in perigueux.
Just go and enjoy yourself with good people!

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant in the cobbled streets of old Périgueux was perfect. Everything was wonderful: the menu is splendid, the service and the dishes were impeccable, and the subtle harmony of flavors on the daily menu was impressive. Well done, sir!
Just one small minor point: the sight of the meat carcasses in the aging rooms at the entrance. Oh well... to each their own!
All in all, well done, gentlemen!
