Best pizzas tasted in Compiègne. A wide choice of pizzas with variations from one to the other, and 1 pizza of the moment. Small restaurant, reservations are essential. A patio is available at the rear of the restaurant. Simple and warm welcome. Efficient service, even too efficient (we would have liked to finish our aperitif before having the pizzas, next time we will not have any more aperitifs). The pizzas have a big edge but this one is not soft (like the Neapolitan pizzas from Peppe in Paris for those who know) it is crispier, it is different and it is no less good. The proof is that we ate everything. The ingredients of the pizzas are of quality so the pizza is of quality. We took the Nonno and the Marina. We like to share our dishes, we were offered to cut them before serving. The desserts are homemade. The panna cotta was delicious, very creamy. The tiramisu was also very good but less surprising than the cream of the panna cotta.

I have never had such good pizza! The dough is excellent, the homemade tomato sauce is of very high quality, remember to book two days in advance to be able to dine at Peppole. Obligatory detour for all lovers of good pizza. Congratulations to the whole team!

Despite a small booking misunderstanding, the boss and staff were adorable! They even offered us a glass of champagne! The pizzas are just delicious, the crust crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, real crushed tomatoes and not tomato puree, good ham, 24-month-old parmesan and fresh rocket. A pure delight! For dessert we ate an artisanal gianduja gelati, it felt like eating chocolate because it was so melting and strong in flavor. The bonus: it was my husband's birthday and he was entitled to his birthday candle and song! Well, as you can imagine, I highly recommend the Peppole! Friendly atmosphere, very good cuisine, very kind staff and boss, a real favorite
