Welcomed by an unfriendly woman, without a smile, unlike the next day where a man was attentive and attentive. The room had peeling paint, as did the bathroom which was dated, which does not at all meet the standards of a 4 star but of a 3 star. There were stains on the carpet, and no "Do Not Disturb" sign was available in the room to hang on the door. Breakfast was very disappointing: I came down at 9 a.m. there were missing cutlery, cups, bread, and glasses for fruit juice. A young waitress was there but seemed as lost as me. The coffee machines weren't working, I had to go to the bar. The pastries were overcooked and tasteless also for the cut fruit. In short! I advise you to have breakfast outside the bakery next door and bars are nearby. It's a shame, because the building is beautiful from the outside and the location is ideal.

I had a pleasant time with my partner. The hotel is calm and cool even during heatwaves. The staff is pleasant. I thank all the staff at this hotel who were attentive and very friendly. The setting is very pretty, near the town hall and next to the castle park.

Decent room, rather clean despite stains on the floor and curtains. Visibly unfinished paint, faulty air conditioning, cracks in the wall, flashing or missing lights in the bathroom. The staff is nevertheless pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is good, as is the mattress. They don't deserve their 4 stars as it stands

Un accueil et un service excellents. Des plats copieux et savoureux à la présentation soignée. Une ambiance chaleureuse. Le seul point un peu négatif serait la proximité des tables. Maus cela ne gâche en rien la convivialité et le plaisir à déguster les mets proposés. C’était une découverte mais je reviendrai !

Wonderful place, I had a great experience a year ago, that's why I came back. Disappointment this time. Very poor and simple breakfast, something was still missing even from the little that was served. They were not worth the price. The service at breakfast was slow, the receptionist kindly served us when we were solving a problem with the air conditioning or towels, although he was nice, but he never solved our problem. He promised but didn't deliver the missing towels, he promised the air conditioner would work in two days, but it didn't.

The room is clean and pleasant. •Downsides: -On the service that could be improved in view of the 4 stars. -on catering: overcooked meats, side dishes resembling frozen (bland). The rather special culinary choices: Sour burger and chocolate mousse with olive oil. -> Disappointed with the price and the 4 star classification.

Decent hotel but disappointing catering

The hotel is well located. On the other hand, our room only had a tiny auxiliary heater which was turned off when we arrived after midnight and did not manage to warm the room sufficiently during the night. There were no extra blankets in the closet. I spent the night in several layers of clothing.
