The room was adequate, but I was disappointed by the outdated and damaged furnishings (small table), and there was no minibar. No food service on a Saturday evening was a shame for a 4-star hotel.
The service was commendable, from reception to the breakfast, which was good (the receptionist's availability was a plus).
The location is perfect for visiting Rambouillet (town center, castle, park, sheepfold).

Spacious, clean, and very quiet rooms. Weekend stay. I was in a room facing the courtyard or overlooking the square in front of the neighborhood. The room could have used a little more lighting and not enough electrical outlets, which are the downsides.
The hotel is well-equipped (gym, pool table, and board games...). The staff was generally good.

We spent two nights at the Mercure Rambouillet. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, and our room was perfect with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and functional. We were very happy with our stay at this tastefully decorated hotel, and we've definitely kept the address in mind.

A truly pleasant two-night stay.
The hotel is very well located, just steps from the castle, the park, and shops.
The room was perfect, with everything you need.
The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options.

The hotel is very well located.
The breakfast was complete and very generous.
The welcome was excellent.
However, the restaurant service needs improvement. We dined at the hotel restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had to choose the other dessert due to a lack of availability, even though my partner was allergic to the ingredients in it. The portion we were given was insufficient. We also had to wait almost an hour for our main course. Other details indicate that the service needs improvement. Nevertheless, there was a clear desire to do well.

Great location. Very pleasant and professional welcome. The hotel's common areas are very welcoming. One small detail: the ground floor toilet door could use a cleaning of the questionable stains covering it. However, our room was clearly not up to 4-star standards. Stains all over the carpet, holes in the wall under the television, which was mounted completely crooked. The bathroom door was impossible to close. The window was far from airtight. Something needs to be done.

We had the opportunity to spend a night at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. The photos of the rooms don't do them justice because they are actually very beautiful. The bar area is very cozy and intimate, and the background music was pleasant. The breakfast is incredibly generous and delicious! Thank you to Tatiana for taking the time to chat with us and advise us on activities in the surrounding area; it was a fantastic welcome :)
