It's exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

It's been a long time since I've seen a McDonald's this well-run. The fries are salty, the sandwiches are well-made, and the staff is pleasant.

We received a very warm welcome at the drive-thru from Illena, a smiling, pleasant, and very professional employee. Her good humor really makes a difference! Thank you to her for this perfect welcome 😊

We ordered from the drive-thru at midnight after returning from vacation. The staff were pleasant during the ordering and payment process, but it's a shame we weren't warned about the long wait for nuggets. That would have saved us the wait and wasted time, and we would have ordered something else.

I went to the McDonald's in Rambouillet. For the first time, I ordered a Happy Meal and received a burnt hamburger (photo attached).
Needs improvement!

1:45 PM. I approached a beautiful young woman with a round face, wearing glasses, and dark hair, who was at the checkout, to ask for hand sanitizer after washing my hands. Initially, she told me there was some in the restrooms. I went there and couldn't find any. To leave the restroom, you have to pull the door. I went back to her, explained what she knew, and she replied: "You need to have hand sanitizer with you or wash your hands," adding that I could have used my elbow to leave the restroom. This is impossible for pulling the door. She laughed, wished me a good day ten times, and amused her colleagues. This arrogant and disrespectful attitude made me think I wouldn't be returning to this place.

I've been going there five days in a row, and I have absolutely no complaints. The service, the atmosphere, the welcome, and the ordering process were all perfect.
I don't understand the negative reviews.
