A somewhat dated, formerly quite good 4-star hotel. The location is very good, right next to Rambouillet Castle Park. The interior is from the 90s. It desperately needs renovation throughout, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Service is rather difficult and inattentive. While there's a large breakfast selection, the quality isn't high. All in all, at best a 3-star minus.

Spacious rooms. Nice decor. Breakfast not up to Mercure standards. Only one type of bread, processed cheese. Only apples as fruit. Breakfast needs improvement.

The room was adequate, but I was disappointed by the outdated and damaged furnishings (small table), and there was no minibar. No food service on a Saturday evening was a shame for a 4-star hotel. The service was commendable, from reception to the breakfast, which was good (the receptionist's availability was a plus). The location is perfect for visiting Rambouillet (town center, castle, park, sheepfold).

We spent two nights at the Mercure Rambouillet. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, and our room was perfect with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and functional. We were very happy with our stay at this tastefully decorated hotel, and we've definitely kept the address in mind.

Spacious, clean, and very quiet rooms. Weekend stay. I was in a room facing the courtyard or overlooking the square in front of the neighborhood. The room could have used a little more lighting and not enough electrical outlets, which are the downsides. The hotel is well-equipped (gym, pool table, and board games...). The staff was generally good.

A truly pleasant two-night stay. The hotel is very well located, just steps from the castle, the park, and shops. The room was perfect, with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options. I highly recommend it! 👍

28/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise this lunchtime! Come and enjoy a delicious meal—and that's an understatement—at this brasserie, tastefully decorated with vintage Motobecane motorcycles. The welcome was super friendly, and while it was certainly busy, isn't that a sign of quality? We were seated very well, even with our two small dogs. From the appetizer to the dessert, your dishes delighted our taste buds. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the added bonus of homemade quality, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it and can't wait to try the terrace when the weather is nicer.

Everything came together to make this dinner a success: The welcome: Attentive, friendly, and very efficient service, despite our group size. The cuisine: Delicious, generous dishes with elegant presentation. You can taste the quality of the ingredients! The setting: An elegant and convivial atmosphere that is perfectly suited to association discussions. A big thank you to the entire team at Les Impériales for their professionalism and kindness. 14/04/2026: This McDonald's is great, the service is fast and they're super friendly, however McDonald's, stop reducing your portions like this, it's becoming more and more expensive for less of a portion.
06/04/2026: The place is clean, the staff is inclusive and impeccable, asking if we have everything we need, the service is quick, the place is spacious and well laid out. It's pleasant to eat there, the play area is large, and the restrooms are quite clean.
