Very friendly staff, warm welcome!

My family and I went for brunch at the Ermitage in June. Let's start with the positives. The cuisine is excellent, really varied and delicious. The setting is very pleasant, it is nicely decorated and cared for. The staff is attentive and takes great care. You were adorable, thank you again. Let's continue with the bridges to improve. Wooden spoons are available next to coffee cups and paper napkins await you on the table with your place setting. In a place like this, cloth napkins and regular spoons are more than naturally more at home than wood and paper. Concerning the buffet, access is much too narrow and it becomes really annoying to have to elbow to move around or help yourself freely, it was really very unpleasant to be all on top of each other to choose your food. The crepe chef. So, adorable, but her hygiene left me doubtful... her apron was dirty: the white was more than faded and large grease stains appeared on the fabric, right down to the back... when we arrived at the start of the service! Well, I refused the pancakes he offered me, really doubting their cleanliness. I didn't once see him wash his hands when he left his pancake stand to touch dirty dishes or anything else... In short, we had a great time as a family, it was really very pleasant. Would I come back? I'm thinking of skipping it, quite honestly, for my next brunches. It's up to you to form your own opinion, mine couldn't be more complete!

Very good lunch in this restaurant. The decoration is refined and modern, the setting is nicely decorated. The cuisine is delicious. The dishes are of high quality, combining both finesse and powerful taste. We feasted. Service a little subpar because not all of our requests were respected, particularly regarding the deadline. Very positive overall.

Nous avons dîné pour la première fois dans cet établissement car nous avions eu l'occasion d'y venir pour un mariage et je m'étais dit d'y retourner pour essayer le restaurant. Nous avons très bien mangé,super accueil,cadre magnifique et nous avons passé un bon moment, nous avons bien discuté avec Mme Deblock qui est d'une grande gentillesse. Mr et Mme deblock sont vraiment des personnes charmantes,qui prennent le temps de discuter,de vrais commerçants comme on les aimes. On n'y retournera sans problème.

Excellent ! We tried the brunch formula and we loved it: a treat from start to finish. The Chef and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Finally, the setting is very nice. I can’t wait to come back this summer to enjoy the outdoors!

We came for Sunday brunch with the family. Good value for money. Hearty brunch, and indoor crepe workshop led by the chef, much appreciated by the children, with a special mention for the homemade salted butter caramel (and I'm Breton…). Very affordable children's prices (€12.90).
