What an absolutely magical evening celebrating New Year's Day 2026 at L’Ermitage de Beauvoir restaurant! 👍 Everything came together for an unforgettable experience: a warm and elegant atmosphere, a wonderfully kind welcome, and refined cuisine that delighted our taste buds from beginning to end. Every detail exuded celebration and the joy of sharing: delicious dishes, a convivial atmosphere, genuine smiles, and that rare feeling of being exactly in the right place at the right time to start the year off on the best possible note. 🥂 A huge congratulations to the entire team for this superb evening, full of joy, delicious food, and positive energy! 👏👏👏 A New Year's Day 2026 that began in the most wonderful way, and a memory we will cherish for a long time. 👍 A big thank you! 😍

Dinner for two, "discovery" menu. The welcome, the setting, and the service were truly top-notch. The food was excellent, with a special mention for the pheasant! A pure moment of relaxation; I highly recommend it.

We had dinner at this restaurant and it was one of my best culinary experiences. We arrived after visiting Mont Saint-Michel, without a reservation, and they were happy to accommodate us. The restaurant was very welcoming and tastefully decorated. The service was excellent, both from the waitress and the chef, who frequently came around to explain the dishes and check if everything was to our liking. The service was impeccable... and what can I say about the food? Locally sourced ingredients, fresh, and exquisitely prepared dishes, full of flavor, class, and care. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you so much for everything; we will be back.

We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. It was spotty when we arrived and stopped working entirely the next day. If you require consistent high speed internet during your stay, you may need to reconsider. But if internet isn’t an issue, there isn’t a better place to stay near Mont St Michel.
