My phone dropped at the worst time, I went to Phone Doctor in the hope of having a quick solution to recover the data present in my phone (all my life!!!). The welcome was very friendly and caring, my distress must have been perceptible 😅 solution found in less than 4 hours! I was able to use my phone again as if nothing had happened, and that was a big deal! Thank you very much for looking for this solution, you can't imagine my relief!!!! See you later !

UPDATE 05/25/2024: An incident happened today. The previous seller tells me that he can give me a discount (30€ instead of 39) for changing the iPhone SE battery, I think about it in the meantime and I come back today to say OK. It was then that I was taken for a liar by the salesman of the day. He tells me that there is no trace in the file and that he has no reason to believe me. Funny treatment... Answer (following your comment): however I am clear, I remember very well who offered it to me (I can identify it) and that it was around 2 months ago. Previous comment: Still nice but its prices have increased (30€ for a small stone removed from the iPhone connector).

Helpless Singaporean Stranded In ANGERS with a faulty SIM card KUDOS to the staff on duty on 9 Apr 2024 Was helpless & stranded without my iPhone data roaming service Managed to locate this PHONE DOCTOR shop located next to the C&C Angers Ralliement The staff I approached was super helpful & efficient plus they were all super courteous and friendly They were very efficient & fast to perform the diagnostics and confirmed my SIM card was faulty Practically walked me to the nearby TABAC shop where I purchase a local SIM eagerly Return to the PHONE DOCTOR to seek their help to install and activate the local SIM for me. Not only were they willing help and they refuse to accept my offer to pay for their service! Service Requested = Super Efficient Quality of work = Excellent Value = Exceeded expectation Thankful Singaporean
