I had a problem with my MacBook Air battery. The battery had started to swell and was beginning to damage the keyboard. I took my computer to Phone Doctor, and we looked at the problem together. They reassured me, saying they would have to replace the battery. They didn't have one in stock for my model but expected to receive one within 48 hours. I left my computer with them, and they contacted me as promised. I got my computer back in excellent condition, and it turned out the keyboard wasn't damaged at all. Now the battery lasts almost 12-16 hours, which wasn't the case before. As a bonus, they even fixed a defect in the seal around the screen. A big thank you to the team for their reassuring explanations. I recommend this company to my friends and family, and I'm very satisfied with their service. If I ever have another problem with my equipment, I'll definitely go back to them.

I had my laptop repaired; it had an electrical problem and a screen issue. I received excellent service. The diagnosis and repair (fuse replacement + screen replacement) were done quickly (a few days, including ordering the new screen), and I was kept well informed by phone. The price was very reasonable considering the technicians' expertise. They replaced the screen with the same one as the original, and the workshop seems very particular about the quality of the parts they use. Several months later, I still have no complaints about their work. I will definitely use their services again if the opportunity arises.
