Elodie is super professional and friendly, Pepito a little less so (the bread as decoration on the counter, the three card payment terminals at the end of the counter—why?—unsolicited comments to avoid in front of customers)... Anyway... not 5 stars because I have issues with the shared restrooms... The food is very good. Good luck to everyone!

Pleasant place, great cocktails and very beautiful

We came to lunch at Les 3 Brasseurs one day with a group of friends (7 people, including 2 children). Booking through the website was simple, quick, and very efficient, with almost immediate confirmation. Upon our arrival at 12:30 pm (the scheduled time), we were seated immediately despite the restaurant being very busy, which was much appreciated. A very pleasant surprise: we were seated on the truck in the middle of the dining room, a spot we had wanted to try for a long time. We were delighted. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was less impressive: the table wasn't set when we arrived, there was only one drinks menu for 7 people, the wait to order was very long, and the wait to be served was even longer. And the most disappointing aspect was the coffee. We ordered two gourmet coffees, one Irish coffee, and one regular coffee. Only gourmet coffees were being served… From our elevated seat, we saw the bartender tapping and putting away the filter holders, which suggested that the other coffees weren't being prepared, even though they were supposed to be served at the same time. What an unpleasant feeling to be forgotten, perched on our truck in the middle of the room. Fortunately, the manager was very understanding and offered a welcome gesture of goodwill, which helped to soften the blow. This wasn't our first visit, and we've had better experiences. We hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as we enjoy coming to this restaurant and want to continue having good times there.
