We came on Monday evening, September 7th. The service was impeccable, the food was hot, and we were served quickly. A very good place, special mention to the waitress, a big thank you for her kindness and enthusiasm! I celebrated a birthday with my family, and the waitress went out of her way to bring my cake. Thank you again!

Upon entering Les Trois Brasseurs, one expects: a brewery = beer and conviviality; far from a restaurant where each table is well spaced apart; meals with generous portions of sauce—this isn't Weight Watchers. The decor pays homage to the spirit of a brewery and beer. The experience and the destination are exactly what I was hoping for; it had been recommended to me for a long time. The only downside was the lack of smiles in the service, though not by everyone, which is a shame, as it's the first impression one gets of a restaurant or business. I'll just have to come back on a rugby match night to see if the atmosphere changes.

A good family meal; the food was tasty and the price reasonable. My only slight complaint is that the poutine needed more sauce. However, it was very noisy and the service was slow, but it was very busy.

The decor is very pleasant, good value for money, and the service is good, but on the other hand, you're practically sitting on top of each other. I'm not claustrophobic, but I felt suffocated.

Craving some good sauerkraut, I went to Les Trois Brasseurs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the sauerkraut at Les Trois Brasseurs. The cabbage wasn't particularly flavorful, but it wasn't bad either; the sausages were bland; the potatoes were boiled and tasted like it; the rest of the meat was very good. My wife had an Italian flammekueche, which was delicious. Perhaps I should have done the same. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

Very nice place with friendly, knowledgeable, and fast staff. The portions are very large, so I recommend ordering a little at a time, as you risk not being able to finish them and the bill can quickly balloon. The beer is good.

The food was excellent and the service was simply exceptional—quick and efficient! One of the best restaurants I've been to lately. We arrived early and it wasn't very busy, but even though the restaurant filled up quickly, we never once felt disorganized or overwhelmed. Everything remained smooth and impeccable. Superb! Well done!

20/08/2026: The menu is very limited compared to a few years ago. The meal was good, but the wait was disastrous. We arrived at 12:00 PM and were served at 1:15 PM. With two children, we left the restaurant at 2:15 PM. For a quick meal, that's excessively long. We won't be back.
15/08/2026: Nice place. Three adults and three children with a bill under 90 euros is more than reasonable. Admittedly, there were three children's meals, and they were happy with their (quite generous) burgers, giving their meals a 9/10. For the adults, a wood-fired andouillette sausage and a gourmet coffee were both excellent. No complaints whatsoever. It was very good.
