The exceptional welcome from the smiling and pleasant staff. The chefs are absolutely top-notch, the selection is enormous and delicious. The back-of-house staff are also very kind. This restaurant is definitely worth trying for those who haven't yet. Today, Valentine's Day, roses were offered to all the ladies along with rib-eye steaks, and as a little extra touch, delicious macarons were a surprise. So, truly, congratulations to everyone!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant with my family. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The various buffets were well-stocked with plenty of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time. Thank you to the whole team!

Every birthday in my family in Ariège has been celebrated at Les Trois Buffets. The owner is super cool and the team is super friendly. It's a bit cramped, but a layout with a central counter would be great. Thanks to them.
