We'd heard about it, so we tried it. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of choices. Nice concept: you pay for the set menu upfront and then serve yourself.

A friend recommended this restaurant. We arrived in Pamiers six years ago, and yet it was our first time there! We'll definitely go back. It was truly delicious. A bit noisy, admittedly, as it was very busy, but the buffet more than lived up to the recommendation. A great find!
