Friday the 13th. There were 3 of us, we simply took the daily menu for 48 euros. Excellent, simply excellent. The setting with its Lurçat tapestries is perfectly suited to St Céré. Very pleasant service.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel is very pleasant in a pretty, quiet park. The room was very comfortable with a small terrace. The menu was just delicious, original flavors, beautiful portions. The pigeon was exceptional. A professional service. A pretty restaurant room. A tasty and hearty breakfast. A beautiful stopover that is worth the detour

We came as a family with our 7 year old daughter. Amazing. Very good quality restaurant. Few Michelin-starred wines offer good wines with such good value for money. An incredibly gentle boss. A favorite for the sommelier who provided very good advice, discreet and very professional. The 7 course menu was excellent. One of the guests was “doubtful” about Michelin-starred restaurants, he left convinced. We will come back with pleasure. Bravo to the chef who does a remarkable job.

It is always with great pleasure that we come to this restaurant. It is a very beautiful restaurant, with a beautiful park, a very pleasant terrace and magnificent collections of works of art. But above all the cuisine is excellent, the products are quality. Everything exudes professionalism and generosity. Finally, since we have to end with that, we benefit from an excellent quality/price ratio (one of the best I know).

The outcome for us was mixed during our dinner at the three suns. We chose to take the 7-course discovery menu. We start with an aperitif with which we would have appreciated a little accompaniment to snack on which we consider legitimate in this type of establishment. We then began our tasting dinner which was overall taste-wise pleasant. The downsides that we can highlight are the quality of the bread which was really mediocre (not fresh) which is regrettable for a restaurant of this standing. On the other hand, an unannounced change of dish in the menu also surprised us even if the dish in this case was delicious. The squab was also a treat but the accompaniments for this dish (boiled potato, green beans, roasted onion and carrots, slice of eggplant) are not, in our opinion, sophisticated enough for a Michelin-starred restaurant. This dish could easily have been served in a “traditional” restaurant. As for the service, the staff are attentive and pleasant. On the other hand, we just had a little difficulty with a waiter in the dining room who did not speak French very well, which made it difficult to understand the announcement of the dishes. In short, after having experienced several starred tables, we remain quite doubtful as to the legitimacy of the attribution of this coveted gratification concerning the three suns. The value for money remains for us to discuss...

We stayed at the hotel-restaurant for 5 days, and will definitely return as soon as possible. This establishment is very welcoming and the team is overflowing with attention to its customers. The restaurant's cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star. The room was comfortable (perfect bedding), and the 200 m2 swimming pool was impressive. Perfect location for sites to visit.

Excellent repas avec des plats raffinés dans un cadre de rêve : une belle terrasse dans un parc . Le menu « saveurs » est une succession de réussîtes à un prix raisonnable pour la qualité. La carte des vins est bien approvisionnée avec des demi-bouteilles ce qui permet de varier les vins sans abuser. Le service est impeccable. Nous avons couché dans l’hôtel qui est confortable avec un petit déjeuner lui aussi très soigné. Conclusion : une très bonne adresse dans un cadre magnifique avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Un excellent et original menu "Saveurs" pour notre 18ème anniversaire de mariage, accompagné d'un délicieux petit Jurançon sec. Le cadre est agréable et le personnel très serviable, notamment pour adapter certains plats à mes intolérances alimentaires.
