A very warm welcome, excellent wine tasting thanks to the owner's expert advice. The side dish menu is extensive, and the ham was very good. A wide selection of wines at all price points. Worth a visit.

A lovely place to enjoy good wines. We received excellent advice. The owner had us taste several wines to find the one that suited us best, accompanied by a mixed platter. I highly recommend it! 👍🏻

A great wine bar with excellent charcuterie boards; it's a shame the owner isn't more available for his customers.

We had Les 4 Pepins during Covid (yes, really! We even tried a virtual tasting!), and ever since, we've been going back whenever we're in Pau! Go check it out! 😀

Excellent choices and advice, of course, for conventional wines but also Pet Nat, orange wine, etc.

A pleasant wine bar in Pau provides a relaxed spot to unwind. Despite being booked for a private event, staff kindly directed us to the outdoor seating. Service was polite, and we enjoyed researching about the intriguing sign opposite while sipping our drinks.

Le Chabada

16/10/2026: We enjoyed this place, where the owner was very attentive and in a very good mood. He told us the story of the place's origins, which seemed absolutely essential before we started our meal. The food was quite substantial, so much so that we extended our nocturnal wanderings a little longer than usual.
21/09/2026: It's always a joy and a treat for the taste buds to discover the dishes on the menu! The service is warm and welcoming. Coming when I'm in the area is such a pleasure!
