Very good service with great servers; On the other hand, the mussels were very small and overcooked. I won't come back again.

Superb place, nice decor which creates a very pleasant slightly retro atmosphere. Delicious food: mimosa eggs with a sweet potato chip, delicious maître d'hôtel butter steak (the fries a little too salty, but that's a matter of personal taste), a glass of St Nicolas de Bourgueil (no dessert) . A little expensive maybe but it's worth it. On the other hand, service at the limit: the waiter almost snatches the menu from my hands and is a little noisy at the bar!! Affable and friendly manager. A good time nonetheless!! I recommend.

I dined there alone just for the experience (I'm American and I thought the title was funny and I was curious), and I had a great time. I was first attracted by the label outside which told me of a daily special of beef bourguignon tagliatelle. The restaurant wasn't too busy yet at that time (7:30 p.m. or so), and I was at the table immediately. I was greeted by a waitress after a few minutes I ordered, and I was surprised to see my order arrive in maybe ten minutes. The dish was good, as was my wine, and afterwards the chocolate coulant was very hot and smooth. All the employees and even the one who seemed to be in charge were in good spirits. I even laughed with the manager at the title "les Amèricains" since it is indeed a traditional French restaurant. So come on over and take a look.

Very satisfied, welcome, service, meal Brasserie atmosphere, decor in line with the theme of the restaurant. Really reasonable price Do not change. This brewery has existed for well over 50 years. It is not a coincidence.

Very good service, top waiters only the very sarcastic humor of the director of the establishment which leaves something to be desired towards a 5 year old child. A manager who was not very patient towards this child with comments made against him that were very, very limited, even if according to the waiter it was humor, we were left stunned or even shocked, just like the customers at the table next to us. . Fortunately the waiter was very responsive and professional, even coming to apologize on behalf of his manager because he himself did not come but hey it was supposedly humor. However, we ate very well at a very reasonable price. I thank this server for his gesture and his kindness. Even though we had a great time, it's a shame that this little incident marred such a good time. Having said that, I recommend this legendary Toulouse establishment, leaving our youth with very good memories.

We ate at 5:30 p.m., the dishes were very good and the service very friendly at fair prices. Nothing to complain about for continued service.
