A superb moment Quality meal and very friendly welcome I recommend

This establishment is simply exceptional! I went there for lunch and the restaurant is simply fantastic! Everything is homemade with local products and it's delicious! The service is efficient and fast! The welcome is warm! The prices are completely reasonable, I would even say that they are not expensive enough given the quality of the products. Small downside, you absolutely have to make a reservation because a quality restaurant fills up very quickly!

Mixed review Arrivals this afternoon among the first with my aunt. To have the hot dish served to us at 12:40 p.m. even though I told the two ladies that I was in a hurry since I was starting again at 1:00 p.m. Then, I asked the youngest for my dessert but it never arrived and it was 12:55 p.m. when I decided to leave because it was already time for me. When we arrived, it wasn't full of people but the restaurant was gradually filling up. However, the daily menu was still very good. Finally, fortunately my aunt came back and my dessert could be collected!

Very warm restaurant in which you feel at home. Careful welcome and delicious home-cooked meals. A must-see in Châlons-en-Champagne.

We had the pleasure of having lunch at the restaurant "La Maison de Marie Caroline" at the end of February and were absolutely delighted by our experience. The dishes and desserts we tasted were simply delicious. In addition, the portions were generous, we really appreciated this attention. What really made our meal memorable was the warm and attentive welcome we received. The staff were very friendly and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. It really added a special touch to our dining experience. We will not hesitate to come back as soon as possible to savor these delicious creations again and enjoy this friendly atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team of “La Maison de Marie Caroline” for this wonderful gastronomic experience. We highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good food and quality service.
