08/03/2026: It's always a pleasant place to eat; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is excellent.
However, when I ordered the eggs meurette as a starter, there were onions, which is unusual since they never are.
The waitress told me that there are two cooks, and sometimes they add them, sometimes not—it's a bit of a lottery.
It would be good to mention this on the menu, as not everyone tolerates onions, garlic, etc. So, this is an essential point to improve.
The cod loin with its creamy black risotto and chorizo was a delight.
The dessert was very good, but the pink biscuit wasn't prominent enough, which is a shame.
As for the atmosphere, it was a bit noisy, even though we were at the very back of the room, but some people were chatting away and not considering others.
14/02/2026: Valentine's Day Evening
We had an exceptional time at the restaurant Les Temps Changent in Châlons-en-Champagne.
The place is simply magnificent, with a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The menu was more than perfect: flavorful, refined dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with taste. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the kitchen.
The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and friendly from beginning to end.
A huge congratulations to Chef Jérôme Feck for his talent and creativity! 👏 A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back! ✨
