Don’t understand what all the bad reviews are about. Fast and very friendly service. Flammkuchen was good.

Quick service despite the crowds on a Saturday lunchtime. Nice dish and the fries cooked in goose fat are pretty good 👍👍 I recommend the roast ham hock 😉😉

We went in by chance because of a sudden downpour. We only wanted to get a drink. We ended up having tarte flambée and rösti. It was really good. And the prices were really fair.

We didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was good and the service was very friendly. I was also able to leave my phone for charging, which wasn't a given and was very kind.

It's an cute bistro, clean, very nice staff. A bit expensive. Don't expect gourmet and you won't be disappointed. The waiter was really nice and considerate

The staff were friendly and the service was impeccable. We decided to take our time, have a drink beforehand, and ask them to come back 15-20 minutes later to take our order. The quiche and tarte flambée were delicious. I highly recommend it; for a first visit to Alsace and Colmar, don't miss it!

The Flammkuchen Munster tasted very good. Nice spot with shade when the sun is too hot.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. We went out for lunch as a group of four this Tuesday and everything went very well! The waiters and waitress were very friendly from beginning to end, and we didn't have to wait long compared to other restaurants. The portions were generous and good value for money! It's not a Michelin-starred or gourmet restaurant. The restaurant adapts its menu to its clientele, and if you're worried about the wait, book in advance. If you want to eat at a luxury restaurant, check Google first instead of complaining here 🙄

A very pleasant experience: a warm welcome, menu provided immediately, and order taken 5 minutes later. The wait was reasonable considering how busy it was (20 minutes) for homemade dishes. (The pizza had clearly homemade dough, and the sauerkraut wasn't industrial; I even found small bits of green cabbage leaves in it.) Both the waiters and waitresses were smiling, and there was a small bowl of water for the dog. The dishes and restrooms were clean. I don't understand the negative reviews. I looked around, and the plates were beautifully presented, and the servers were attentive to everyone. Okay, we set our own tables, but given the brasserie's value for money (you don't expect the polished, white-knit feel of a 4-star restaurant), I think that's perfectly acceptable.

First of all, I want to say that I'm very surprised by the truly negative reviews. Personally, if I find the order taking too slowly, or if I'm not satisfied with my meal, I don't wait for the bill, unlike some others who have already eaten, to write that I'm unhappy. As for us, there were eight of us at the table: three couples and two children. We received a warm welcome from the waitress, who prepared a table for us on their terrace during the busy service, so that we could have a quieter spot with the two children. I won't go into detail about what we ordered, but pizza, tarte flambée, nuggets, a burger, and for me, the ham hock—everything was of good quality. Of course, it took a little time. But when you want to eat dishes made fresh to order, it takes longer than vacuum-packed meals, frozen pizzas, and tarte flambée. In conclusion, the terrace was very beautiful and very clean. The restrooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly. During peak tourist season, we had a wonderful time and never felt like tourists, just passing through, but simply valued customers. Special mention goes to the manager, whose name I believe is Nathan, who is so caring towards his team and always ready to lend a hand. Thank you all.
