The tables are well-spaced, and it's quiet. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is often full. The welcome was very attentive and professional. Modern menu on a tablet with photos of the dishes. The service was quick and efficient. Excellent mountain fondue. It's the resort's upscale restaurant, so the bill was a bit hefty, but the prices are displayed, so you know what to expect. One suggestion: perhaps label the dishes with allergens, especially since the chef uses nuts in the salad dressing and desserts. Overall, a very good experience.

For several years now, we've enjoyed ending our stay at this restaurant. Once again, last Saturday, we had a wonderful meal, apart from the champagne which wasn't up to the price. The staff was very friendly. The major drawback was the owner who ignored us throughout the evening, completely indifferent to our table. Not even a goodbye; we left on our own, something that hadn't happened in previous years.
Disappointed.

One of the best culinary experiences of my life.
We had incredibly tender meat, the likes of which you've never tasted!
The porcini mushroom fondue was very generous, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients.
A great atmosphere on the sunny terrace, and the chef plays the accordion :)

The timing was perfect, and the dining room was expertly managed by Madame, which in no way detracted from the quality of the service. We had two wonderful experiences at Les Arcades: a family lunch and a dinner with friends.
The dishes were generous, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the staff was attentive. During dinner, we had the opportunity to peruse the excellent wine list and meet the chef. We were fortunate enough to enjoy his accordion playing and chat with him. We also savored the best fondue we've ever tasted. The desserts were also excellent.
Thank you again for your hospitality and for this wonderful experience.

At around €50 per person (including one child) for four of us, including drinks, we all had an exceptional culinary experience. This isn't a tourist trap capitalizing on its location. Here, you get your money's worth; the quality of the ingredients and their preparation are surprising. The service is friendly.

A very good experience at this restaurant. We were taken care of very quickly and served almost immediately. There was virtually no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. The dish (fondue) was delicious. The waitress was excellent; she made us laugh. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it.

Thank you to Laurent Métral and Muriel for their warm welcome, the quality of their food, and the atmosphere in their beautiful restaurant. Laurent, a master restaurateur, is also an excellent accordionist and even sings a few songs at the end of service! I highly recommend the pan-seared foie gras and the perfect egg with morels!
