I haven't been to this restaurant in several years... Well, I'm shocked to see how the quality is still there after so long.
As soon as you enter, you are pleasantly surprised by the quality and generosity on the plate. The veal tongue carpaccio is well seasoned and delicious. The pork rillette was to die for.
We had the signature dish, sausage mash. There too, a lot of generosity. We feel that the sausage is artisanal, the mash is perfect and what can we say about the sauce...
To finish, the praline chocolate mousse... again very generous..
In short, flawless. The service is also good. Casual but very professional. We leave the restaurant with a 100th bill (starter + main course + dessert + glass of wine) for two which we are very happy to pay!
Make sure to book a table early enough, it’s worth it! Great food, delicious natural wine and a welcoming team with a great vibe. Everything we had was really nice, but the puff pastry with duck and Foie gras was my favorite bite of my trip. They really know how to make sauces.
