Another very nice evening spent at La Table des Ateliers, my friend and I had a great time (generous and tasty burgers!). Special mention for the promotion of local and organic products! Thank you for the warm welcome.

Home cooking, ingredients from local producers, welcoming and very accommodating team (I was in a hurry and the service was very fast, vegetarian options and even vegan on request). The menu offers both bistro cuisine (burgers etc.) and more elaborate cooked daily specials, perfect for all occasions. One of my favorite places in Castres, I go there regularly. 👍

The workshop table offers quality dishes made with good products. The dishes vary regularly and the menu offers superb burgers, poké etc... I recommend!
