A wonderful experience. A warm welcome and excellent service, a very affordable daily menu with plenty of choice, quality ingredients, cooked with great care, and no need to ask for water – it's automatically served and replenished as often as needed. We'll be back!

A must-try restaurant at the foot of the Col du Bonhomme, offering a warm welcome and an excellent daily menu (even on Saturdays) that's second to none. Choose from 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 5 desserts, all expertly prepared and original. Highly recommended!

Excellent establishment. A very nice menu, but above all, a genuine desire to please. A daily menu at a more than reasonable price with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes. Well done to the owners!

During our vacation in Alsace, our former neighbor took us to this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional. The meal was fantastic, both in terms of quality and quantity. I recommend it 100%.

14/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal. The tarte flambée was one of the best we've ever had. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Thank you for thinking of our dogs 😉
13/07/2026: The best Fleischschnacka of my life! We had lunch on the terrace with our family on a Saturday. The terrace is shaded by large trees, which immediately lowers the temperature a few degrees. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were immediately offered a carafe of water. Given the heat, it was very welcome. The menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. I opted for the Fleischschnacka with raw vegetables, which were absolutely delicious (see photo). There's also a version with broth and green salad. The photo also shows the pig's trotter stew. The rest of the table ordered hanger steak or steak tartare. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the excellent service and the restaurant's decor.
