I was a little apprehensive at first, seeing the rather bare room under the veranda. But once seated, despite a slightly long wait for my order, it was a delight. Inventiveness, taste, presentation, and a little gem discovered by chance, too... A must-try, and I'll definitely be back. Lovely wine cellar, and I enjoyed visiting Pamiers afterwards.

A wonderful discovery in Pamiers, and a complete surprise as we hadn't booked, and it doesn't look like much from the outside.
A lovely wine cellar welcomes you at the restaurant entrance and serves as your wine list, as you choose your own wine.
The comfortable dining room is pleasantly cooled by the refreshing stream next to the restaurant.
The service is prompt and efficient.
The dishes are visually appealing and delicious.
You choose your wine and enjoy a delightful culinary experience.
The value for money at €25 per person for the set menu is excellent, especially considering the quality of the ingredients.
We had a wonderful dining experience and reservations are highly recommended.
We would gladly return.

A very pleasant experience, especially during the start of service in the middle of a heatwave.
The starters, in particular, are exceptional! And the value for money is excellent!

The food is very good. The menu is varied. The staff is lovely. They offer different menus for smaller or larger appetites, and I can choose according to my dietary restrictions. I always find something suitable on the three-course meal (starter/main/dessert).
Thank you to them for making changes when I request them.
I highly recommend it!

This isn't my first time eating at this restaurant, and I'm never disappointed. The food is truly excellent, the presentation of the dishes is worthy of a gourmet meal, the service is impeccable, and all at very reasonable prices. Go without hesitation; you really won't be disappointed.
I've already planned my next visit! 😊
