The only restaurant I recommend in Chevreuse. The galettes are very good and reasonably priced, the dining room has a charming, old-fashioned feel, and the staff are very friendly.

18/01/2026: An excellent meal full of flavor and surprises. The chef came to chat with the guests, and we learned some interesting things about the Chevreuse Valley and local products. A truly wonderful stop.
02/01/2026: We trusted the chef and ordered our Christmas meal (at our home on December 26th). The menu included smoked duck breast to accompany our appetizers, salmon and foie gras as starters, and a roast beef in a pastry crust. As in previous years, everything was perfect: the order was ready on time, and the cooking instructions were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely order again at the end of 2026.
