New to the area and discovered by chance, I love this brasserie. The warm welcome and sunny smile of the owner, the delicious and very affordable food. I love going there just to stop by for a drink and I'm always very well received.

A perfect place for a quick meal, simple but effective cuisine. I had the 250g butcher's cut of flank steak with homemade fries and smoked salmon. The meat was high quality, and the lemon-basil sauce for the salmon was excellent. The service was top-notch; don't pay attention to the bad reviews... Try it for yourself, you'll be surprised; the team is very professional. I think Philippe Etchebest's visit was very beneficial to them. An address I'll definitely keep in mind for my next trips to Brive. See you soon, keep up the good work!

After Philippe Etchebest's visit, we decided to give Aux Barriques a try. We received a warm welcome and excellent service. The food was good value for money (we ordered the "aumônière" featured on the show). The only downside: we ordered a plate of fries which never arrived.

Excellent meal! Very friendly place, the waiter was very smiley! We enjoyed our meal from start to finish.
