Les Bistrot des Halles sur Saint-Malo

I make a habit to call in while waiting for the ferry. Good simple dining options, a bar with a good selection of inexpensive beers and wines, much frequented by locals. The owners are always helpful and friendly, even with my poor language skills. This place is so very French, a hidden gem. Called in again, September 23. It's still excellent.
