Les Bo-Bun de Liao sur Paris

Comparing to the Vietnamese food that I've had in SF bay area, specifically San Jose, it's hard to compete. Beef bun (dry rice noodle with beef and fried egg roll) - The egg roll is legit! They used rice paper for the skin, even many famous Vietnamese restaurant may not use them and just used the Chinese egg roll wrapper. The fish sauce is excellent. Fish sauce is the heart and soul of Vietnamese food. You made good fish sauce, you have half the success of making Vietnamese food. The beef usually are grilled but not here. The rice noodle is thicker than the authentic one but when in France... Things are different. Beef pho - I tried the soup, it's not bad but it's not the authentic beef bone soup. Nevertheless, it's pretty good. The beef are of good quality. All in all, it's nice to have decent pho on Paris.

Excellent experience! You just have to accept a certain degree of privacy from your neighbor. It's very good, fresh, and generous... Also very noisy, especially with the incessant beeping of the takeout order machines. Next time, I won't eat in!

The meals are very good and very filling. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts are delicious. The service is also very pleasant, thank you.

Lovely little restaurant with super friendly service!

A restaurant that might not look like much, but it's actually a great find! A varied and generous selection of Asian dishes, with vegetarian options – excellent value for money! The only slight drawback is the limited space inside the restaurant. Both dining rooms are small, especially the second, long room where, if you're seated near the exit, it's inconvenient to have to move around because of the door every time someone comes and goes...

Delicious Thai food! The place is small, but the service and the food make it worth a visit. They are very friendly and attentive.
