Very good pho! And cheaper than many other restaurants. It's just a shame that the noodles are put in the broth for takeout. By the time you get home, they're all soggy. 🫤

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Small restaurant with a few tables. We were seated and our order was taken quickly, and the food arrived just as fast. The portion size was decent for the price, the taste was simple, nothing special, but not bad. The prices are fair. The service was quick and friendly, like a cafeteria. I tried it, but it was missing something to make me want to come back.

Comparing to the Vietnamese food that I've had in SF bay area, specifically San Jose, it's hard to compete. Beef bun (dry rice noodle with beef and fried egg roll) - The egg roll is legit! They used rice paper for the skin, even many famous Vietnamese restaurant may not use them and just used the Chinese egg roll wrapper. The fish sauce is excellent. Fish sauce is the heart and soul of Vietnamese food. You made good fish sauce, you have half the success of making Vietnamese food. The beef usually are grilled but not here. The rice noodle is thicker than the authentic one but when in France... Things are different. Beef pho - I tried the soup, it's not bad but it's not the authentic beef bone soup. Nevertheless, it's pretty good. The beef are of good quality. All in all, it's nice to have decent pho on Paris.

Banger, plus the chicken and beef are halal!!
