On a business trip, I stop in the square for lunch. It's raining and a small storefront shelters me, the bistronamica. So I'm going back. Simple and effective decor. Light card in quantity, the rest is quality. On the menu, a homemade beef lamb pork sausage just begs to be tasted, and the accompaniment might just delight my wife who is vegetarian. For dessert I let myself be tempted by the carrot cake, typically an English dessert that I knew, but this one is revisited with candied pear nuts and vanilla cream... a delight. A glass of Corbières accompanies everything, and is offered by the petron with an English-speaking accent...a shame, no, I'm kidding. In the end, a meal in the €25 range, starter, main course, wine, coffee, which deserves your visit, and yours too, English friends. Well in my haste I forgot to take photos...well almost, but it will be up to you to see the full plate.
