A great time spent with Joël! A warm welcome, authentic cuisine, a small menu but with fresh products that change daily. Duo or trio formula with a very good quality-price ratio. You can go there with your eyes closed :) An address to know in Segré.

While passing through Segré I discovered a little gem of a restaurant First of all, we push the door and the welcome is warm. We had lunch there as a couple and chose the daily menu with a choice of no less than 3 starters, 4 main courses and not forgetting the desserts. The starters are almost as hearty as the dishes. Everything is excellent, the flavors are precise and the ingredients are well chosen and well combined. All this with a touch of exoticism in the mixtures of products and flavors (given the accent, and from what I have heard, I think the boss is of South African origin). We washed down our meal with a good dry but fruity white wine recommended by the boss. Given the choice and quality, this complete menu offered at €19.90 is a bargain. This little restaurant is definitely worth a detour but be careful, remember to make a reservation.

We are always very well received in the restaurant of Joël and his team. The cuisine is homemade with local products! It's a real treat. The atmosphere is friendly and warm.

We discovered this little restaurant several years ago now, whenever we go to Angers it's a pleasure to stop at Bistromica, we are never disappointed it's super good and the owner is great!!!
