Bistronomica More than just a visit, a truly memorable experience. From reservation to payment, we received a wonderfully warm welcome, with helpful staff and genuine hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, which is already a landmark in Segré. The chicken, the chicken, THE CHICKEN… absolutely incredible, without a doubt the best we've ever had. Exceptional We arrive at a classic brasserie. We are greeted with a warm welcome. The lunch menu is simple and clear, with attractive prices for a starter and main course or a main course and dessert. But the real magic happens in the food. The dishes are beautiful and delicious, with perfect pairings. The desserts, which are often a specialty of a different kind, are equally successful and delightful. Exceptional value for money. Well done!

We didn't have much time, and they served us a delicious meal in no time. I recommend it and will definitely go back when I have more time to enjoy it properly.

La Colonnade

17/07/2026: The welcome and service were pleasant, the starter buffet varied (cold cuts, raw vegetables, eggs, salad, fish terrine), there was a choice of fish and meat dishes of the day, and a dessert buffet, though it didn't particularly appeal to us. We ordered the chicken sauté with paprika and risotto, but we were disappointed by the risotto, which wasn't really risotto at all. The portions were, however, generous.
30/06/2026: A wonderful experience at La Colonnade in Segré. We were there mainly to see Sarah, who unfortunately wasn't working that day. Despite this, we had a fantastic time. I don't know the other members of the team particularly well, but everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. A big thank you to Aurore and Christopher in the dining room, who provided impeccable service with great kindness and attentiveness. Congratulations also to Florian in the kitchen for his delicious, beautifully presented, and flavorful dishes. A wonderful team and an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. We will gladly return!
