This establishment is at the top for its seafront location! private beach and great infrastructure! Very pleasant swimming pool at the end of the day to cool off after the beach! The location of our studio was very good with a nice view. the welcome at the restaurant and bar was very pleasant: We had dinner there twice, it was very good! Top notch pizza! The staff very welcoming and efficient! The studio equipment is basic but sufficient for a family of 4 people. *However, certain things could be improved regarding the studio mezzanines: the lower sofa bed is not comfortable for adults, especially for a week's stay! the children therefore used it but as a result it was they who had the advantage of air conditioning which was very useful in this summer heat but very poorly placed because the mezzanine does not benefit from the freshness generated; which is a big inconvenience for us parents who slept upstairs! It is also a shame not to have a more darkening curtain in this upstairs room as well as in the kitchen window (it's a detail but the sun rises early in Corsica!!) my last negative point will be in the shower which is very narrow for a non-watermark adult and very dark with this dark gray curtain. There is a charge for deckchairs and parasols on the beach (even if the price is very reasonable) but the space is large enough and above all not very coveted so that everyone can find something for themselves. We enjoyed it very much!! We also rented a Stand-up Paddle for €10 per half hour. There are also jet skis.

Residence close to everything by the sea with swimming pool, the lady at the reception is very nice - attentive to our requests etc. I recommend 100%

A beautiful, quiet, very clean facility. We (2 adults, two children 8 and 13 years old) were there for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was always very courteous and helpful, the staff at the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly. The distances are all short, between the pool and the beach (very well maintained) it is just 200m, you can walk along the beach to the nearest supermarket, takes about 15 minutes. The price-performance ratio is good and the starting point for excursions, especially to the north, was great from our point of view. We'll definitely come back

We spent our summer vacation in this establishment which we highly recommend. Everything is there to make you feel good and it is ideally placed for visiting Corsica. The accommodation was magnificent and an impeccable property. The “Marea Beach” restaurant is a real delight! We had a few: breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs, dinners and without forgetting the children's snacks, all on the magnificent terrace with a splendid view of the beach and the sea, we enjoyed ourselves on all levels. The swimming pool and children's play areas are also top notch. We thank Jean-Louis, Julie and the whole team for their welcome and kindness. We stayed there as a family for our 2023 summer vacation. We had a great time. We would like to salute the kindness, availability and efficiency of the staff and more specifically of Julie & Antoine. The boss, Jean-Louis, was also very present and responsive to our requests. The residence is ideally located on the edge of a beautiful beach, from the terrace of our accommodation we could see and hear the sea... the restaurant for breakfast / lunch / dinner is ideally located directly on the beach with a magnificent view wherever you sit. The food and drinks are good, the prices are fair. Slight lack of knowledge of the wine list by the servers but that's just a detail! You can reserve deckchairs/parasols at reasonable prices. There is also a stand for booking activities at sea. We did stand up padel as well as pedal boat toboggan, we loved it. An ordinary swimming pool but it has the merit of existing. Several points of attention: - some accommodations are under-equipped and a little aging. - the beach volleyball court is impassable - jet skiing (non-electric) all day long even if far from the beach... it's noise, visual pollution and above all ocean pollution...

Good location, updated one bedroom family rooms, walking distance to beach, wood fired pizza at beach restaurant, friendly staff. Special thanks to Julia at the front desk, who professionally helped to resolve a small misunderstanding. Ideal price/quality ratio. We recommend!

One-week family stay. The accommodations are very clean, lots of activities to do on site. Extremely friendly staff, especially with the kids. Quality of meals ++! Ideal location. Thank you to them for this great stay! We will come back with our eyes closed!

Small, pretty hotel complex. Although it's close to the streets, it might only be a problem if you have an apartment on the street. We only stayed one night and it was very quiet. Room clean, large balcony/terrace. 50m to the beach, with an attached restaurant (which was also very nice and the menu was extensive).

Velmi příjemná rezidence. Přes některé hodnocení jsem měla obavy, ale skutečnost je lepší. Velmi čisté ubytování, k dispozici povlečení i ručníky, pohodlné postele. I rozkládací gauč je pohodlný. V kuchyni dostatek vybavení, nic z nádobí nechybělo. Měli jsme balkon kde jsme snídani, krásné prostředí mezi palmami s deštníkem. Bazén byl velmi prijemny, čistý a dostatečně velký. Resort má soukromou pláž,lehátka jsou za poplatek, ale je tu příjemná atmosféra. Stojí za to je využít! Je zde bar a restaurace. Recepční byla velmi mila, mluvila snadnou angličtinou. Mohu doporučit!
