You don't come here for exceptional presentation or impeccable cleanliness; you come here for generous portions of delicious regional dishes at very competitive prices. The atmosphere is friendly, and the sometimes chatty owner will advise you on places to see. In short, it's not a fine-dining restaurant, but it's much better.
