I discovered this roaster quite by chance. Very good surprise. a wide choice of rather light roasted coffee for what I saw during my visit. I had an India Karnataka coffee after tasting it there. What I liked was the balance of acidity and bitterness, both of which were rather light, its length on the palate and the flavors which gradually revealed themselves.
