There's a creative chef in the kitchen, cooking inventive dishes while using classic techniques. We enjoyed two entrées. One was roasted poireaux, the other a boudin noir; both were excellent. For plat, we had the poitrine de cochon and the dorade, also both excellent. Poitrine de cochon is called "pork belly" in the U.S. It's tasty, but quite fat. Both dishes were excellent, but the dorade was better. For dessert we shared a wonderful ganache de chocolat, which we'll be sure to order again.

A must-visit restaurant for us during our annual stay at Le Touquet.
The cuisine is original and delicious, a real treat for our taste buds. A very large choice of very good wines to accompany everything. And the staff and atmosphere are very warm.
I recommend ++++ with our eyes closed, we are never disappointed 🙂

This is the 2nd time I've dined at Canaille and it's once again a delight!
The cuisine is creative, the dishes are without fuss, the portions are generous, the service is provided by enthusiasts, each more friendly than the next.
