Passing through on our way to the Col de Legal, we called for two people...we were seated quickly around 7:30 pm...Lovely Breton music, efficient service, but truly sensational crêpes...we were in Brittany, but in reality, upon leaving the restaurant in the parking lot, we realized we were actually in the Cantal region...Bravo to the chefs and a special mention for the young waitress

I absolutely loved everything about it. The batter is thin and crispy, just the way I like it, the fillings are well-balanced and varied (from the simplest to some original creations), and the service is very satisfactory. Made to order and requiring a lot of attention to ensure good galettes, the pace might be a little slow for those in a hurry, but it's worth the wait. I wouldn't have stopped in Mauriac for nothing, unlike in other towns that struggle to offer affordable, efficient, and generous dining options. Special mention goes to the Capri crêpe with its delicious goat cheese, and the artisanal ice cream served with the sweet crêpes. They use a mix of local products (cheese, wines), homemade jams, and Breton flours. Guémené andouille sausage is also on the menu, which is extremely rare these days! In short, a well-thought-out crêperie that stays true to the values ​​of Brittany!

During a hike to the Salîns waterfall, we stopped at this charming crêperie. The crêpes are delicious, the ones with organic goat cheese are amazing 😋. For dessert, a great duo: the delicate gentian ice cream and the salted caramel ice cream!

We came last Saturday for galettes and had an excellent couscous, so we came back for lunch today to try the galettes. At the end of service, my wife and I were the last customers, and this charming Breton couple took the time to chat with us. A place to recommend for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the owners.
