A wonderful discovery, reservations are recommended. The food was excellent, with one small drawback: the pear dessert (a fork and knife would have been helpful). To add variety, the lunch menu is different from the dinner menu. Well done to the chef and his team! Happy holidays!

“Aux Casseroles qui chantent” is a must for flavor lovers! Chef Benoît is inventive, and creates homemade dishes bursting with local flair and global twists. Every plate hits a high note! 🤤🤤🤤 A true pleasure to have dined at this local gem. If you’re visiting Caen do yourself a favor and go!

11/03/2026: A spacious and clean brasserie, ideal for business group meals. The staff was welcoming and the service was quick. The food was excellent, especially the pepper sauce. A slight disappointment was the price of the desserts; for example, €7.30 for a chocolate fondant is a bit steep. I recommend it.
