Magnificent place. Superb marriage of old and contemporary. Lunch under the deep pink canvases was a very pleasant moment. The sea bass fillet was a treat. The service is quality.

Great service. The restaurant is run by a Chalon family. The decor is superb. Beautiful wine list and all at a more than fair price. It's definitely worth the detour to Chalon en Champagne. Thanks to all the caudalies team

The chef at this restaurant knows how to play with sauces and create the best flavor rich experience. The frog legs starter was just the right kick off to a lovely lunch. The mains both the sea food and the fish were extremely artistically plated and even more enjoyable to my palette. Service was good and the dessert needs some more work to make it crème de la crème. Overall a must visit restaurant in the region with very balanced prices

Yesterday evening my partner and I went to this magnificent establishment. We were able to meet a couple with whom we shared our meal. Everything was perfect. We had a great time, the meal was exceptional and delighted to have been able to chat with the manager of this magnificent place. Delighted to have met Michel. Thank you for this exceptional moment. We will happily come back to eat in your restaurant.

Frankly, to discover without hesitation for a real moment of pleasure. A big thank you to the owner of the place for her warm welcome and her professionalism.
24/08/2024: Bonne cuisine familiale. Nous avons apprécié notre salade César, un choix fait en fonction de ce que nous avons vu autour de nous. Les plats gratinés semblaient très cuits et le cabillaud en papillote un peu sec. Bel assortiment de desserts et de cafés. Bonne petite coupe de champagne à 8 euros. Rapport Q/P. 12/09/2024: Visited on Sunday, many businesses in the area closed. Cozy place, friendly staff and delicious food. We even went back again in the evening. Everything was fine.
11/09/2024: Top notch restaurant Pleasant, good food. And tolerant. In the very center, well placed.
