I dined alone on April 16th. The service and welcome were impeccable; the food was excellent, with good value for money.
The wine list was interesting.
I will gladly return :)

A restaurant where the decor and ambiance come at a price.
The food was good, very tasty. But for the price we paid, we expected lighter, more sophisticated cuisine. Perhaps smaller portions, but more refined and subtle?
For example: the scallop sauce was far too salty, and the lemon tart biscuit was too sweet and too thick.
It would have been appreciated if the amuse-bouches had been mentioned when we ordered, given that one of them was identical to one of the appetizers.
We found the final bill a bit disproportionate. There are plenty of restaurants with a smaller menu that offer higher quality and are less expensive!

We had a wonderful short weekend. A warm welcome and helpful advice. The room/apartment was spacious and comfortable. The place is steeped in history and right in the heart of Châlons, perfect as everything is close by. As for the restaurant, it was excellent.

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day evening at Les Caudalies restaurant in Châlons-en-Champagne.
We were welcomed into a very warm setting, with an atmosphere that was both elegant and convivial, perfect for February 14th. Despite the lively atmosphere, the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and perfectly paced.
The meal was delicious and very generous, offering excellent value for money. Special mention goes to the bottle of champagne offered at €60, which was simply superb.
A truly wonderful restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return!

We discovered this establishment for our daughter's 20th birthday. The welcome was warm, the dining room beautiful, clean, and spacious.
The meal was absolutely superb: the duck breast and morel lasagna was a delight, and a lovely touch was the chocolate "Happy Birthday" for dessert.
Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
