Refined setting, beautiful decoration, excellent lunch but a shame to discover at the end of the meal that the poultry is imported!! On the other hand, the staff is absolutely not friendly… a smile costs nothing!!

Superb lunch at Caudalies, the team was innovative in creating a vegetarian menu for my mother and 100% plant-based for me. What a joy to have lunch in a restaurant where the staff knows how to adapt to plant-based food by creating delicious dishes. Their kindness made this lunch very pleasant. See you soon Caudalies!

Dinner with colleagues in the large art deco veranda. Excellent meal and very attentive service. I recommend for large tables.

We came for a romantic lunch on February 15 and it's a restaurant that we frequent often. We are never disappointed. The setting is very chic, the menu refined and the service impeccable. Nothing to complain about, it's a safe bet in Châlons.

Un peu pressé pendant midi... nous avons été super bien accueilli et servi d'une part et d'autre part les plats étaient très bons ! Bravo pour le timing 👍

Restaurant très chic, très bon, très raffiné. Un choix raisonnable de plats travaillés avec des produits peu courants et jusque dans le choix de l'assiette. Filet de turbo et capuccino de potimaron... quelle découverte ! Un vrai régal ! Il y a aussi un beau choix de très bons vins. Le service est soigné et professionnel. Épatant : le menu est sur tablette tactile...

01/04/2024: Discovered by chance. We decided to trust other reviews...we did well. Very friendly staff. From starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves. We will come back for sure The boss even took some time to chat with us. It's a change from buffalo or the office which offers "chain" dishes that are really far from homemade and where you feel like you're disturbing
