Great atmosphere, delicious food. Really enjoyed the cave setting and the open grill cooking the meats. All the food was of high quality. Not a huge space so you'd probably need a reservation on busier days, but we just walked in on an early May Thursday. Only one or two servers so nothing moved too fast, but we weren't in a rush so everything went well
A beautiful room carved into the rock (troglodyte) provides a lovely setting, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The meat is of high quality, and the dishes are grilled over a wood fire in front of the guests. There's a nice dessert menu and an interesting selection of local wines by the carafe (Cabernet/Côt).
A very warm welcome, a beautiful setting, and above all, the food is delicious. I go there occasionally and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful dinner in a unique setting: a cave dwelling where the meats are grilled in front of you in a large fireplace.

We spent New Year's Eve here. A warm welcome, attentive and smiling waitresses, interesting dishes, and very high-quality ingredients. A truly excellent experience; we will definitely return when we are in the area again.
