The food is delicious and the menu is simple, no fuss. The service is more than adequate. The atmosphere is very cozy and subdued, it's relaxing and warm, the walk in the cellars and towards the fouace oven between the dish and the cheese is entertaining and allows us to digest a little. Nothing to complain about the restaurant, I highly recommend it.

Always delighted to return to this typical place of the region. Candlelight meals and troglodyte cellars, a winning combo for an original evening. The little mushroom fouaces are a real treat. Thank you to the whole team for the welcome.

Bon accueil, salle troglodyte accueillante, personnel en conséquence pour servir un verre de vin d'Anjou en apéritif, puis une carafe de vin, des fouées bien chaudes à volonté, des rillettes de bonne qualité, des mogettes avec lardons bien cuisinées, une visite au boulanger qui cuit les fouées avec possibilité d' échanger sur son métier et un petit circuit agréable troglodyte... pendant que le nécessaire est fait pour revenir à notre table pour manger du fromage sur un lit de salade avec fouée chaude et croustillante, pour finir par un gâteau et un café ! très bonne soirée ! sans réservation pas de place ! le restaurant est complet ! le cadre à l'arrivée est agréable, fleurit petite terrasse avec tables et chaises, vraiment une belle découverte pour un montant de 54 euros pour 2 personnes ! nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ...

It was a delicious lunch experience in this unique restaurant tucked in the caves of Louresse-Rochemnier. They offer a pre set lunch menu that was delicious and authentic. The price was very fair too. The place is unique and not to be missed if you are in the area.
