Top, although it was the village festival, so lots of people. Top service and meals... don't forget the grocery store with flavors of yesteryear

On the main street of Maroilles, the abbey cellars, a friendly café, offer you many regional specialties. Wines, beers, cured meats, cheeses, including the famous Maroilles ♥️ a good address.

Very nice setting, very friendly manager, very good meal. Very good time!

Good products in the shop, very pleasant staff, the place is remarkable: the courtyard of the old abbey, the paddle mill currently being restored... Visit strongly recommended.

For sugar tarts, maroilles and maroilles tarts I advise you to continue your journey further down to the right you have France terroir where it is better and cheaper

Very nice little getaway to Maroilles, the daytime suggestion is copious and the desserts are “killer”, the riboche is exceptional as is the sugar tart!

A wonderful delicatessen with a fabulous range of beverages and foods; pates, cheeses, wines, ciders, beers and licquers are all here in abundance, the famous Maroilles cheese amongst the favourites. This is our go to establishment to purchase presents for our friends and family back home as well treats for ourselves. The cafe is a simple but charming tavern with lovely rear outside seating as you soak up the atmosphere from the generations of people associated with the abbey and the river.

Cet établissement fait parti des rando café,c'est à dire que l'on peut "son manger" pratique pour les randonneurs ,les cyclistes etc... Personnel sympa ,menuunique à 18,90€ plats du pays faits sans aucun doute maison ,un peu d'attente ...le temps de déguster la bière Paix Dieu à la pression ( un peu chère 9€ les 33 cl) tarte au maroilles ( où avec pommes de terre ) +une riboche ....pomme cuite avec de la cassonade entourée de pate feuilletée ,dont le chapeau a été ouvert pour surmonter de chantilly ( non fait maison ) le tout était sans chichi ,bon .Une adresse à retenir .Le magasin à coté est bien achalandé avec des prix un peu cher .
