The ambiance is excellent; small candles illuminate the entire restaurant, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere.
The staff and service are top-notch! The team is very friendly and responsive. And if you have the chance to chat with the owner, he'll share some of the restaurant's history and experience with you. The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. You'll leave feeling completely satisfied!
If you're ever near Saumur, don't hesitate to treat yourself there.

A wonderful culinary experience in the Marson cellars. The setting is enchanting, with the troglodyte cellar lit by candlelight.
All the dishes are delicious, accompanied by wine. Local cuisine is showcased, and the portions are generous.
The staff is incredibly attentive and makes us feel like friends, invited to dinner.
Thank you again for this experience; we will gladly return.

A truly WOW experience! The exterior is stunning: chic garlands, magnificent lights…🎄🎅 it immediately sets the tone!
The meal? A delight, served at just the right pace. The waiter was fantastic: funny, attentive, and super professional. And the whole team… incredible! Everyone came to greet us; we felt like VIPs!
The prices are very reasonable, and the set menu system is perfect, especially for wine lovers.
The atmosphere is just perfect: warm, friendly, and cozy by the fouassié… pure bliss!
