I was at Caves Saint Gilles this Saturday and I was very lucky to meet the very tall and elegant waitress. She was very professional and always attentive; I'm sure I'll be back next Saturday.

It's very difficult to find an excellent tapas restaurant in the capital, and I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by the food, which reminded me of what my grandparents used to cook! Simply incredible and excellent, plus the staff are all Spanish—ideal for practicing—and the warm and friendly welcome brought back fond childhood memories of trips to Andalusia. I'll be back soon, thank you again!!

14/01/2026: Definitely the best neighborhood bar in the 11th arrondissement! I've known this place for over four years and I can assure you that you'll have a great time here. Whether it's for a simple drink or an evening watching a sporting event, there's something for everyone, the staff is very friendly, and the place is spacious and comfortable.
11/01/2026: A really lovely bar with a very pleasant atmosphere. The bartenders are absolutely adorable, safe, and kind. I highly recommend it, and the drinks are very reasonably priced.

That makes all the difference. (And especially to the long-haired bartender!)
27/03/2026: An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Honestly, it had been a very long time since I'd had such a wonderful evening in a bar. Everything came together perfectly: an exceptional atmosphere, a lovely team, a beautiful venue, and truly excellent drinks. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and festive without being over the top, and you can instantly see that every detail has been carefully considered.
