This Spanish restaurant serves good, authentic food. It's a small place with a beautiful classic decor. Service could use some improvement, but the prices are reasonable.

Caves Saint Gilles — A Reliable Gem in the Marais Tucked away on Rue Saint-Gilles in the 3rd, this is exactly the kind of place Paris does so well: unpretentious, convivial, and consistently good. We worked our way through the fried calamari, salade russe, a Mediterranean salad, patatas bravas, and a generous plate of Jamón Ibérico, and every dish delivered. Simple, honest ingredients, well-executed, and nothing trying too hard. What makes it worth returning to is the atmosphere and the welcome. The staff are warm and attentive without hovering, and the room has that easy, lived-in energy that's hard to manufacture. Prices are fair for what you get and you leave satisfied, not gouged. A great choice for a relaxed evening with friends or a low-key dinner when you want good food without the fuss. Reservations recommended, it fills up for good reason.

It was better before! I frequented Les Caves for many years, before the change of management and ownership a few years ago. The food is much less good, the setting is less authentic, the place remains typically Spanish… But I miss the old dishes, which I think were better prepared.

A complete change of scenery! A Spanish haven in the heart of Paris. You read the menu and you're there! And it's delicious too. Warm welcome. Vintage, rustic decor. We loved it. A truly wonderful time.

A great tapas spot; the potatoes are excellent, the baby squid divine, the cocktails worth the trip, especially the white sangria. Definitely worth a try!

The food was delicious, the restaurant was very nice, and the music was 10/10. The only downside was the service; they weren't rude or anything, but they hardly ever came to the table, so you practically had to get up to order something.
