Our second visit to this wonderful restaurant. We were once again very pleased with the welcome, the service, the attentiveness, the smiles, and the variety of dishes offered, with the added bonus of an explosion of flavors. Don't change a thing, you're perfect!

We've just left the restaurant, Les Cèdres, owned by the Bertrand brothers, in Granges-lès-Beaumont in the Drôme region. From the welcome to the meal, it's a festival of quality, good taste, and authenticity. One Michelin star is a poor reward and needs to be reviewed.

Our niece's 20th birthday dinner was a delight, as always. The consistent quality of the food, the service, and the attention paid to the guests are always there, which is why we are always so happy to return to Les Cèdres.

26/02/2026: One of the best restaurants around Romans-sur-Isère. While the price is admittedly a bit high (set menus around €40 or €50), it's more than justified. A sure bet with excellent quality dishes. No frozen food here! Everything is homemade! A real treat! Quiet and in a truly lovely and peaceful setting. And in the summer, the terrace overlooking the banks of the Isère is fantastic!
18/02/2026: I highly recommend this hotel; the rooms are perfect, the food is excellent—in short, a very good place to stay. I will definitely be back.
