I'm neither a specialist nor a fan of Michelin-starred restaurants, but I was swept away by this wonderful experience thanks to the setting, the service, and the various dishes and wines we enjoyed. A truly wonderful experience.

What can I say except magnificent… this restaurant is in my top 3 best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service is incredible; you literally eat from the moment you walk in until you leave, they're still offering you food. Seriously, if I could, I'd come much more often, but it's not possible… in any case, bravo, bravo, bravo for this magnificent restaurant.

A moment suspended in time…
From the moment we arrived, with the warm welcome and aperitifs served on the terrace, we felt the calm and serenity of the place. Then came a burst of flavors. The dishes followed one after another, the service was rhythmic and attentive, the presentation was impeccable, nothing ostentatious…quality was paramount.
Not a single false note, everything was orchestrated in a symphony dedicated to taste, sharing, and attention to detail…a revelation!
Thank you to the Bertrand family for this wonderful interlude.

I want to thank Jacques and Jean-Paul Bertrand for the extraordinary time we spent yesterday at lunchtime.
From the welcome to the coffee and the tasting menu, everything was perfect.
The entire team is incredibly kind and professional, led by Jean-Paul who explains so well how the dishes are composed.
