Our first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant was a truly magical experience.
The welcome, the service, the cuisine of course, but also the ambiance were exceptional.
Special mention to Hugo, who looked after us with professionalism and kindness.

We've just left the restaurant, Les Cèdres, owned by the Bertrand brothers, in Granges-lès-Beaumont in the Drôme region.
From the welcome to the meal, it's a festival of quality, good taste, and authenticity. One Michelin star is a poor reward and needs to be reviewed.
