The term "bistronomic" exists for this type of restaurant… and here, it truly comes into its own! It's a real pleasure to let yourself be guided by the mystery menu, without ever having that slight apprehension about whether you'll like one dish less than another, because everything is so excellent. Each discovery is a delightful surprise! Véronique is attentive, a good listener, and genuinely kind. Christophe, the chef, is a true gourmand, passionate about what he does and, above all, driven by the desire to share his knowledge and expertise. You feel right at home, you enjoy every bite, and between the discoveries, the conversations, and the delicious dishes, time simply flies by. A truly wonderful, generous, and heartfelt experience. Mystery menu: if you don't know what you want, it's a surprise with every course! What a great idea! Freshness and quality of the ingredients, perfect cooking of the meat (it was veal) and vegetables, and original sauces!

An absolutely remarkable culinary experience in the heart of Nantes. Each dish is a true visual and gustatory triumph. The presentation is exquisite, particularly the salmon enhanced by a touch of greenery. The flavors are balanced and expertly crafted. We had a wonderful time enjoying a very good wine. The ambiance was perfect to complement this refined meal, right through to dessert. A must-visit for gourmets.

A new concept for us. Not choosing what you're going to eat is quite surprising, but a very good experience. However, not knowing which wine you're choosing is even stranger; you state the price you're willing to pay, between €30 and €150 per bottle, and it's up to the owner... you only discover the bottle at the end of your meal!

Refined and elegant without being pretentious. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. The owner is very polite and friendly and makes the whole experience of the mystery menu even better. They are still considerate in terms of allergies and preferences. I just love French cuisine and Nantes specifically. Congrats!

A fantastic experience! My partner had visited before we became vegetarians. He wanted to take me there, so we asked if it was possible to have a vegetarian mystery menu, and the chef offered to create a menu specially for us. It was delicious! The mystery wine was also very good and paired perfectly with our dishes. We'll be back!
