A wonderful discovery in the heart of Cap Corse! I spent one night there and truly appreciated the family atmosphere of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Roger and Sébastien. Father and son, they are a truly passionate duo, always available, professional, and deeply committed to their guests' well-being. Their hospitality makes all the difference and immediately makes you want to return. The establishment boasts an ideal location, right across from one of the few fine sandy beaches in Cap Corse. After a day of exploring, what a pleasure it was to enjoy the pool in such a calm and relaxing setting. As for the restaurant, it's a real treat. The wood-fired grilled meats are excellent, and the pork chop I enjoyed was simply delicious: generous, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. I also had the pleasure of tasting Mamma's delicious ratatouille, an authentic dish that embodies home cooking and Corsican traditions. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the overall value is excellent. A family-run, authentic, and friendly establishment where you can feel their passion for their work and their desire to please. Thank you to Roger and Sébastien for their hospitality. Since 1985, we've eaten at Roger's at least once per trip. The welcome, the setting, and the quality of the food sometimes vary, but it's always good. A sure bet, and always a smile.
