My husband and I were just passing through and were very surprised to find that it wasn't just another kebab shop. We were warmly welcomed and served very quickly (barely 5 minutes after we sat down) 👌 The quality of the food was excellent, and we certainly got a good portion: - For the smash burgers, we absolutely loved the herb sauce inside. We opted for the bread instead of the usual burger buns, and they were delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and flavorful 👌 - For the chicken cutlets with forestière sauce, I was very surprised by how well the sauce was balanced (it didn't overpower the chicken and wasn't too salty or anything like that). The sauce was perfectly executed, and the cutlets were also cooked to perfection 👌 - The bissap was not too sweet, well-infused, and served with two lime wedges and mint leaves—just right 👌 Overall, a very good discovery for us, especially considering the price for the quantity served in the heart of Paris.
