In this bistronomic desert—between the neglected Rambouillet, the inns trying too hard, and the unjustifiably overpriced Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay—here is the real deal. The welcome is attentive, the truly homemade cuisine is simple and good—delicious parsley ham, perfect tripe, salmon (overcooked) but well-seasoned—you feel right at home. The family bistro has been taken over by the grandchildren who believe in it, and so do we! Pleasant terrace by a quiet road.

Fantastic restaurant, just like home, with generous and delicious portions. Located in a beautiful little village nestled amidst the scenic roads of the Chevreuse Valley. Go there, you won't be disappointed!

I've known this place for 10 years. The food is excellent and homemade, the ingredients are high quality, and you feel right at home! The staff is very friendly and they work as a family. If you appreciate authenticity, go for it!
