Very welcoming, very clean, thank you

Following a problem with Booking, a reservation canceled several days previously was not transmitted to the hotel which sent us an SMS in the evening to inform us that our keys would be left at reception. Surprised that the reservation was still active, we called and were received like dogs in a bowling game. The manager even hung up on us. Even if it is Booking's fault, receiving customers like this and hanging up on them is unacceptable, especially since we remained polite and courteous. We were staying at a cousin and several rooms were reserved for the event. Next year we will all do differently! One customer lost...10 lost! We passed our room on to another family member who found the room dated with an old smell. The welcome in the morning was better but for customer relations, there is still work! Other members of the family, having taken a room the day before, told us that the manager was indeed not in a good mood in the morning. When you work in sales, you leave your moods and feelings at the door, that's the basis.

Excellent hotel with welcoming rooms, impeccable bedding and very courteous staff. Special mention for breakfast which offers very high quality Damman teas or infusions. A place to come back to!
